Dialogs built the business process automation Premier needed to more efficiently manage their business. Operational efficiency was a key component in Premier's expansion. We began with a comprehensive marketing website, then added extensive process tools. Customers could review their accounts, including invoices, insurance and registration documents, repair charges, and much more. Branch locations could see individual reports for their branch, and corporate could see aggregated reports company-wide. The portal connected to various third-party services (e.g., GPS tracking, etc.) and integrated with their third-party accounting system. Dialogs supported Premier's expansion for eight years and continued to support them through the transition to new ownership.
