The platform supports key tasks like generating tuition agreements, tracking enrollments, managing billing, and syncing with bank payments—all within a centralized, easy-to-use interface. The client had been working for many years with a Microsoft Access System and database and Dialogs involvement included migrating that to a new online based system.
